The assessment is used to create a treatment plan in full partnership with you, the client.  Treatment goals are jointly identified and established.

Clients, counsellor, and others work toward achieving the goals identified and agreed upon, to help resolve your issues.

Progress and services are reviewed, evaluated and summarized. Future plans, recommendations, and referrals are discussed.

Interviews, observation, questionnaires and other sources are used to conduct a thorough psychosocial assessment.
